Law: Contract(s)
From a document setting out arguments for court proceedings about a forced buyout.
I am inclined to think it is "retirement". Is this right, or is there any other possibility?

exclusion
I've seen this term used when respondents are really being excused from a lawsuit, such as a class-action suit (speaking in US terms here, of course).
I don't know if it applies to cases where it's involuntary, not to mention in other countries

How about \"dismissal\"?

: Dismissal sounds good. On a voluntary dismissal basis.

The term "Expulsion" has a touch of aggression about it that the
Russian выбытие does not have.

Discussion
Exclusion might do except that I have already used it for исключение. Could it be "expulsion"?
