I would err on the side of 'assets', as in the narrow context before us it is a general list of, well, assets, and doesn't seem to imply a specific property like an apartment (even though the document itself deals with an apartment). But I could be wrong, of course. If you feel like explaining to me what exactly is a Доверенность на приватизацию квартиры, maybe I can help more.
