I am translating a diagnosis for a child in Russia. We are trying to find medical assistance for him in the US. I am having trouble with the following part of the said diagnosis: Выражена сгибательно-приводящая устойчивость на нижних конечностях, больше справа, стопы плоско-вальгусные, в ходьбе опора на внутренную поверхность стоп, больше справа. F70 на границе с F71.

To the extent I could, I located the English terms on the web. Please note that some of them may not be exact, as I am away from my old medical dictionaries at the moment.
сгибательно-приводящая устойчивость на нижних конечностях (if this is the same as "контракция")= contraction of the lower limbs
стопы плоско-вальгусные = flat-feet valgus (or just "valgus")
Below is the way, in which I would translate the diagnosis:
Contraction of the lower limbs is observed, more pronouncedly on the right side. Flat-feet valgus is evident, as the inner sides of the feet are used in walking, which is more pronounced on the right foot (between F70 and F71).
