Новый миф родился. Старые боги бабла и козла повержены. Они не стоят волоска с бороды Бабая и пыли с сапог Стрелкова.
бабло = "moolah", but I can't find a sense of козёл that goes with it. The only slang meanings I've found are "bastard" (and much ruder terms).

The first one can be related to money--in slang. Money and idiots (a special type--really nasty), perhaps here.

Comment: "Yevgeniy Artemov's note explained it very well (otherwise the phrase appears pointless):
"Also, you have a complex wordplay in 'бабла и козла': it hails from the assonant Russian 'борьба добра со злом' (reworked into 'борьба бабла с козлом').""
Discussion
Also, you have a complex wordplay in "бабла и козла": it hails from the assonant Russian "борьба добра со злом" (reworked into "борьба бабла с козлом").
