A lead fraction of up to 900 was run off from the Grozny gasoline with an octane rating of 59,

which comprises 32-33 of the original gasoline.

This is my stab at it; "run off" for отгонять фракцию is
from Kuznetsov's R>E Technical Dictionary

Thanks - it's not my field either, but Kuznetsov's gave me some vital help; I'm not sure "lead (not as in Pb) fraction" is the right term - it seems Сергей found a source
