I do think "efficiently" is the word here.

disagree Vladimir Lioukaikine (X) : I don't think that efficiency has to do with productivity, not in this case for sure... And by saying "efficiently" you belittle the meaning of the original phrase...What's more, "результативность" cannot be efficient, or can it?
