specifically vs in general
I realized the cause of what had happened to me: I was the result of an unsuccessful experiment of nature specifically in creating a fair social system ... and the general unsuccessful result of understanding the meaning of existance.

I was the result of nature's unsuccessful attempt at creating...., or more generally at ......

I would move these to the start of each clause:
I was the result, in part, of ... and, as a whole, of
In other contexts, I would put "in whole or in part", but that's a fairly fixed phrase.

I think David's version works wonderfully - if you stick to the spirit rather than to the letter, that is.
I realised what happened to me: I am, in part, the outcome of Nature’s failed attempt to create a fair society based on socialist values, and (of) misunderstood essence of being, as a whole.
