Thank you. It is annoying having to keep switching from Unicode to Cyrillic Windows and back to get all of this, but although I agree that your interpretation makes sense, I can't see that that is what is actually said here.

: To Dorene: it never says that the industrial interference bothers household appliences; it could be, for example, security equipment at airports that they want to shield from interference. But electrical sources is good, broader than appliences
