or "disconnector" or "switch disconnect" - not circuit breaker. Differences:
Circuit breaker interrupts the current mainly when there is a fault condition (short circuit, overcurrent or other) - isolator does it only due to human decision (locally = manually or remote-controlled).
Circuit breaker can interrupt a current whose magnitude is several times higher than the nominal - isolator does it only for a nominal-value current (or even less - a no-load switch).
An open isolator guarantees that the open side is isolated and safe from electrocution - an open circuit breaker does not.
