Hi everyone,
I'm currently using Dragon Dictate 3.0.4 to dictate my translations into Italian on my Mac, OS 10.9.5
For various technical problems I should update my OS but it looks like Dictate doesn't run on upgraded versions.
Can someone suggest alternative dictation programs or tell me how you'd sort this out?
thank you so much. | | |

You don't need Dragon. You already have a first-class dictation application right there in the MacOS. I use it all the time, for serious work.
Go to System Preferences ---> Dictation and Speech --> and take it from there. Like all Mac things, it's very simple to use.

It's perfect, just as good as Dragon and sometimes even better.
Thanks a lot for your suggestion

I think you would need to ask the makers/vendors of those products.

Please let us know what they say!
There's official support by Parallels (since version 10 or 11) for dictation under Windows VMs, and as far as I could see it works perfectly in MemoQ. I wish the same were true for Dictionary lookup...
