Yes, this is also a good option, but it requires uploading the PDF (which is not always allowed). The result of converting the sample PDF:

Thanks, I am in urgent need of a tool to convert non editable PDF files with solid tables and images in Arabic, and the client would like an identical formatting but I am unable to make it because the client provided non editable PDFs with many tables?
If you have any reference, I would be very grateful to you.
Please note the files in Arabic, any tool can support Arabic? or I must write and do DTP process? thanks,Hani

My favourite PDF converter is the agency.

If they haven't got the best PDF conversion software as part of their business, they really shoudn't expect me to foot the bill AND do the extra work myself.

I'm a translator, not a PDF file conversion assistant.
