Guten Tag,

ich arbeite mit Trados 2021 SR2. Ich möchte das Update 2022 installieren. Es funktioniert jedoch nicht. Das System zeigt mir an, dass ich nicht über die richtige Lizenz verfüge. Was tun? Monique Müller

tout d'abord je solliciterais de l'aide dans leur forum Trados Studio que vous pouvez chercher ici (attention, il y en a plusieurs, donc bien choisir le forum Studio):

J'ai eu un problème technique récemment et cela m'a aidé. Sinon vous pouvez voir pour les contacter. Parfois cela fonctionne mais il est vrai qu'ils vont essayer de vous faire abonner un paquet service client qui est payant.
