Email notifications to Translators Team members Thread poster: Silvia Di Profio

Hello
a few day ago I have started a new Translators Team in my own specialization fields (here: http://www.proz.com/team/3580), i'm inviting and accepting new members and waiting for "pending" fellows. In the meanwhile, I have launched a private forum in the Team Workspace, with a couple of topics to introduce goals and members.
My questions are simple:

- Do they receive an email notification about new topics release?
- How can I create a "mailing list" of team members or does already exist a tool to send them important notifications about the Team work (not only forum topics)?

The participants of the private forum should subscribe for receiving notifications, exactly like with the general access forums
- How can I create a "mailing list" of team members or does already exist a tool to send them important notifications about the Team work (not only forum topics)?
Go to MY LISTS option: http://www.proz.com/?sp=lists
You will see all your mailing lists, teams and all necessary options.

Concerning the second question, I'm not sure I've understood...if I go to MY LISTS and try to edit one, do I have to manually search and type members? Or can I extract them from the team members list, as I just want to add them?

Hello Silvia,
There is no way to create a mailing list of your team members, however, these members should be receiving all relevant notifications related to this team's activity if they have the appropriate settings checked in the "Team profile settings" tab: http://www.proz.com/team/3580?sp_submode=myprofile

It's ok. I supposed there was a sort of automatic notification by joining the team. Thank you all for the clarifications.
