Language in Kudoz and forum

The language used in the Kudoz, forum and other pages switched, for reasons that I ignore, from English to Portuguese. Can someone tell me how to reset it to English? Keep in mind that my IT skills are limited, so the explanation needs to be simple. I am very grateful for any help.
