El pastoreo diversifica sus modalidades en función de la longitud de los desplazamientos de los rebaños: ********estante, transterminante, trashumante y nómada.

sedentary

I think this is the best equivalent. Here's a study called "An international terminology for grazing lands and grazing animals" (the things you find on the Internet), which distinguishes between nomadic, semi-sedentary, transhumance and sedentary systems:

"5.4.4 Sedentary systems (n.). Grazing systems managed at a particular location(s) by resident management. May be managed by either or both extensive and intensive grazing managements and can include rangeland, pastureland, cropland and forestland within the grazing system. Many systems in use today are in this category."

Three production systems are found in biblical times as well as present-day Near Eastern herding societies: sedentary, transhumant, and nomadic"

Within sedentary grazing systems you can have continuous, rotational or intensive grazing; these refer to use of grazing land in a particular locality.

"Achai is an as yet undocumented but well-adapted cattle breed of the Hindu Kush Mountains of northern Pakistan, which is reared under sedentary farming system (SFS) and transhumant farming system (TFS). [...]

continuous grazing area

This term seems to describe an area where sheep or livestock remain on one area rather than move around as is the case with nomads.
Example sentence:

Continuous grazing is a one-pasture system in which livestock have unrestricted access to the pasture area throughout the grazing season. It is a simple system to implement and manage, with minimal capital investment and movement of animals.
