SECCIÓN CONCURSAL

¡Hola! Traduzco al inglés una serie de autos judiciales ligados a un proceso de concurso de acreedores, y no sé muy bien cuál sería el equivalente inglés de las secciones que, según la ley concursan, se abren en España dentro de un procedimiento de concurso.

La legislación española: "recoge la regulación general del procedimiento concursal, en lo relativo a su división en secciones, partes, requisitos de defensa y postulación, impulso procesal, autorizaciones procesales, prejudicialidad penal." Con respecto a las secciones, estas son seis, cada una recoge unos trámites.

El documento que traduzco dice:
"Fórmense las secciones primera, encabezada por la solicitud, segunda, tercera, cuarta y quinta del concurso, que se encabezarán con testimonio de este auto."

¿Alguien sabe cuál sería la mejor opción para traducir esto al inglés?

I believe it states: 'The sections are established or formed firstly, with the request or petition as a heading, then the other sections follow suit, as they shall have evidence of the order as a heading or title.'

Yes, the bankruptcy procedure is divided into 6 phases or secciones, not all of them regarding arrangements with creditors.

'....en lo relativo a su división en secciones', so section would need to be written with a small 's' to distinguish from a Section of a Bankruptcy Court Division.

concurso de acreedores: Mex. personal bankruptcy proceedings, West. If this is Spain, this looks more like a corporate insolvency.

If this isn't Mexico, then we might be dealing with a personal deed of arrangement or corporate *scheme* of arrangement with creditors, sending the terminology into a different direction.
