I'm editing a Portuguese to English document and there are some translations missing that I need to add to a list of inventory in an apartment. This is one of the items and I can't find it anywhere.

front door spyhole with mirror

It seems a little strange to list this in an inventory, but I suppose they're apprehensive that a tenant might remove it!

'peephole' or 'viewer' are alternatives.

'front door' or 'external door', but it's clearly an entrance to the apartment, and not just any door, if it has a spyhole.
Example sentence:

This door spy hole offers a large 180° viewing angle to allow maximum field of vision through your door.

A door spy hole offers extra security for a property, as they can be used to see who is at the door before opening

round (convex) mirror for the entrance door

Posso estar equivocada, mas suponho que se trate daqueles espelhos redondos convexos. São usados à porta de prédios, garagens ou até mesmo nas quinas dos corredores de cada andar.
