Discussion

Bogdan Petrovic (asker) Jun 19, 2020:
Backward Backward is a tasting term that is often used to describe the characteristics of a young and undeveloped wine. Backward wines tend to be high in alcohol content and tannic, and despite the aging, refuse to display the intended flavors and aromas. This in most cases indicates that the wine will take more time to mature.

zatvoreno

Teško prevediv termin, ali Robert Parker, jedan od najutjecajnijih vinskih kritičara, ovako ga pojašnjava:

backward: An adjective used to describe (1) a young largely unevolved, closed, and undrinkable wine, (2) a wine that is not ready to drink, or (3) a wine that simply refuses to release its charms and personality.

Mislim da je "zatvoreno" adekvatan prijevod.

nezrelo
