2.1 Guide to Installation Schedule
2.1.1 Basic Requirements
To ensure smooth proceedings of the equipment installation and test, reduce repetition of the engineering work and ensure that the equipment can be put into operation on schedule, a thorough installation schedule must be worked out.
The installation schedule should be worked out after the sales contract is signed. And it should be formulated based on sales contract terms related to installation engineering and time limit.
After the contract is signed, the engineering supervision department of the unit undertaking the installation should set up an installation project team, designate the project manager and team members, define the responsibilities of each team member and relevant departments. Responsibility for initiating the installation schedule rests with the project team.
The project manager is responsible for formulating the installation schedule, and participation of the engineering supervisor is also required. The installation schedule is subject to the approval of the engineering construction unit.
The installation schedule must cover all the items related to the engineering. In addition to the equipment installation, test and acceptance considerations, the liable unit and people must be clarified in the schedule, or else, the coordination work will be very difficult in the project, which will affect the implementation of the installation schedule.
Tools like Gantt chart and specified engineering schedule patterns may be used in working out the schedule.
2.1.2 Contents of Installation Schedule
I. Survey and design
Normally, after equipment model selection, the professional design institute entrusted by the construction unit completes the survey and design of the installation engineering. The construction unit must obtain formal engineering design plan before it can make installation preparation. If it is stipulated in the contract that the construction unit undertakes the engineering survey and design, the construction unit must work out detailed engineering survey and design schedule according to relevant industrial standards and regulations.
Matters that need to be taken into account in the engineering survey and design plan include survey personnel, survey tools, time limit for survey, transportation vehicle, supporting personnel, time limit for design, design review time and personnel, etc.
When the system capacity is higher than 3000A, special attention should be paid to the system layout and communication in the project survey and design.
II. Installation preparation
The top priority of installation preparation is to obtain the design plan and get the following ready according to the design plan and general requirements of installation engineering: field and environment, weight capacity and quakeproof handling, AC introduction, water, electricity and lighting for construction, earthing and protection system, installation materials, equipment moving in and out of warehouse and transportation, installation tools, work specification training, and safety measures. Civil engineering, materials and tools preparation may be done together. Refer to Section 2.2 for details on installation preparation requirements.
Matters which should be considered in installation preparation include time limit for installation field preparation, time limit for civil engineering, time for construction conditions preparation, time limit for AC introduction, vehicles arrangement, time to deliver the equipment to the field, materials and auxiliary materials purchase period, time for work specifications training, etc.
III. Relevant or auxiliary items
To put the power supply equipment into operation, installation of battery, air conditioner, lighting facilities and fire protection equipment must be included in the installation schedule.
Relevant or auxiliary items which need to be considered in the installation schedule include conflict of the use of manpower, tools, and equipment, conflict of construction field, priority order of the project items, and time limit for each project item.

2.1 Guia del Cronograma de instalación
2.1.1 Requerimientos básicos
Para asegurar procedimientos de instalación y pruebas sin complicaciones, reducir la repetición del trabajo de ingeniería y asegurar que el equipo pueda ponerse en operación a tiempo, debe hacerse una planificación rigurosa del cronograma de instalación.
El cronograma de instalación debe planificarse luego de firmar el contrato de venta. Dicho cronograma debe formularse basado en los términos contractuales de ventas relacionadas con la ingeniería de instalación y el límite de tiempo.
Luego de firmar el contrato, el departamento de supervisión de ingeniería del la unidad que asumirá la instalación debe formar un equipo de proyecto de instalación, designar al gerente del proyecto y miembros del equipo, definir las responsabilidades de cada miembro del equipo y los departamentos relevantes. La responsabilidad de iniciar el cronograma recae sobre el equipo del proyecto.
El gerente del proyecto es responsable de formular el cronograma de instalación y se requiere la participación del supervisor de ingeniería. El cronograma de instalación está sujeto a la aprobación de la unidad de ingeniería de construcción.
El cronograma de instalación debe cubrir todos los puntos relacionados con la ingeniería. Adicionalmente la instalación del equipo, pruebas y consideraciones de aceptación, la unidad responsable y las personas involucradas deben indicarse en el cronograma, de lo contrario el trabajo en el proyecto será bastante difícil, lo cual afectará la ejecución del cronograma de instalación.
Las herramientas como diagramas de Gantt y patrones de cronograma de ingeniería se pueden utilizar al planificar el cronograma.
2.1.2 Contenido del Cronograma de Instalación
I. Inspección y Diseño
Usualmente, luego de la selección del equipo, el instituto profesional de diseño encargado por la unidad de construcción completa la inspección y el diseño de la ingeniería de instalación. La unidad de construcción debe obtener un plan formal de diseño de ingeniería antes de realizar la preparación para la instalación. Si se estipula en el contrato que la unidad de construcción asumirá la inspección y diseño de la ingeniería, la unidad de construcción debe planificar un cronograma de inspección y diseño detallado, de acuerdo con los estándares y regulaciones industriales pertinentes.
Los asuntos que deben tomarse en cuenta en el plan de inspección y diseño de ingeniería incluyen el personal de inspección, herramientas de inspección, límite de tiempo para la inspección, vehículo de transporte, personal de apoyo, límite de tiempo para el diseño, límite de tiempo de revisión del diseño y persona, etc.
Cuando la capacidad del sistema sea mayor de 3000A, debe prestarse atención especial a la disposición del sistema y a la comunicación en el proyecto de inspección y diseño.
II. Preparación para la instalación
La prioridad mayor en la preparación para la instalación es obtener un plan de diseño tener lo siguiente listo de acuerdo a los requerimientos generales de ingeniería de instalación: Campo y medio ambiente, capacidad de peso y manejo antisísmico, introducción AC, agua, electricidad e iluminación para la construcción, aterramiento y sistema de protección, materiales de instalación, equipos entrantes y salientes del almacén y transporte, herramientas de instalación y medidas de seguridad. La preparación de la ingeniería civil, de los materiales y las herramientas debe realizarse en conjunto. Véase la Sección 2.2 para mayor información sobre los requerimientos de preparación para la instalación
Los asuntos que deben considerarse en la preparación para la instalación incluye el límite de tiempo para la preparación del campo de instalación, límite de tiempo para la ingeniería civil, tiempo para la preparación de condiciones de construcción, límite de tiempo para la introducción AC, arreglo de vehículos, tiempo de despacho del equipo al campo, materiales, periodo de compra, tiempo para entrenamiento de especificaciones de trabajo, etc.
III. Aspectos relevantes o auxiliares
Para poner el sistema de suministro de energía en funcionamiento, debe incluirse en el cronograma de instalación la instalación de batería, el aire acondicionado, las instalaciones de iluminación y el quipo de protección de incendios.
Los aspectos relevantes o auxiliares que necesitan considerarse en el cronograma de instalación, incluyen conflicto en el uso de la fuerza hombre, de las herramientas y del equipo, conflicto en el campo de construcción, orden prioritario de los ítems del proyecto y tiempo límite para cada ítem del proyecto.
