I have been translating mainly business documents and files as a freelance translator for about 5 years. I used TRADOS for a large volume project in 2005, and some of my translation projects include a translation of a travel brochure from English to Japanese, a translation of a consumer survey from English to Japanese, a website contents translation for a refund policy from English and Japanese, and a variety of news article translations from English to Japanese, and more. My specialties are Journalism, African American History, Black Music (from Spiritual, Gospel to Hip-Hop), American Sports and Cultural Exchanges along with general business translations and marketing.

I have also written news stories both in English and Japanese for newspapers and magazines.
