Puedes usar cualquiera de estos dos, pero Tribunals en ingles se usa mas con las cortes militares. pero lo puedes usar si quieres.

It is always a bit tricky trying to find the right translation for these words as often the best translation for each is "court", but where you have the two placed so close together it is probably best to choose as I have indicated.
