I'm having trouble translating this phrase because of two parts..
"..con respecto a.." because it's referring to a measuring distance and I'm not sure how to use it..
and "Tirante de Agua Nominal" because I have no idea what that is.. I can tell you that I'm talking about an oil rig, and that's as much as I know..
