Hello. I realise there are a lot of words here, but it does seem to be one thing. The text is a newspaper article on a new water tank to be built in a municipality of southern Spain:

La Delegación Provincial de Medio Ambiente publicó el anuncio de resolución de convocatoria de levantamiento de actas previas a la ocupación por el proyecto de “Nuevo depósito de XXX”.

XXX is the name of the locality.
