wg kpc jest to "strona przeciwna" dla wnoszącego apelację, czyli pozwanego z pierwszego podejścia. W moim piśmie występuje jednak Petitioner/Appellee i Respondent/appellant. chyba pozostanę przy powodzie i pozwanym z pierwszej instancji jednak, zgodnie z polską tradycją. nie mogę wszak wprowadzać drugiego pozwanego ani kombinować z konstrukcjami powód/pozwany vs. pozwany/skarżący |
