Solemnize- Execute definition (Webster and Black) BLACK'S LAW DICTIONARY: SOLEMNIZE: to **enter marriage** publicly before witnesses in contrast to a clandestine or common law marriage.

WEBSTER: 1: to observe or honor with solemnity.

"solemnizar" in Spanish legalese is equivalent to comply with the required legal formalities. And yes, "que" does refer to "acuerdo transaccional", i.e., it is this agreement the one they are formalizing.

"Execute and deliver" is usually expressed in Spanish legalese by "otorgar".

Excelente ref, gracias. Sin embargo mantengo lo dicho: execute + deliver es otorgar el contrato (en forma legalmente válida) pero aquí se trata de traducir un giro especial y por qué cambiarlo si existen las palabras.
