The document is a complaint filed with the Ecuadoran Prosecutor General. The complainant gives his title, followed by "calidad que la acredito con la copia certificada de [X documento] ... ."
I understand that the certified copy of X establishes that he indeed holds said position and can act in that capacity, but I'm wondering what the standard (and hopefully elegant) rendering is in U.S. legal documents.

I always turn around the order of the phrase when translating this standard phrase so it goes along these lines:
As it results from the duly certified copy of (document), the undersigned is acting in his/her capacity as.....
or I am acting in my capacity as...
and so on...
Obviously, the gender and number of the person depends on your original copy.
