In a certificate of employment from Argentina, these terms are used in reference to duties performed by an electrical technician in a seafood canning factory. They appear to refer to some kind of automated packing equipment. Does anybody know what these are, and what they would be called in English?

I´m not guessing, but not fully sure either. I think the terms are used in Argentina (perhaps in the Americas) with a final “a”, but in Spain we would rather say “encestador” and “desencestador”. The function of these machines used in the packaging and processing food industry is described in the links below.
