Por ejemplo: Si en un hotel se contratan animadores de playa, al terminar el verano se dan de BAJA TEMPORAL ya que se contratan de nuevo al siguiente verano. No se despiden por que si no se borraría el historial, etc.
Lo más cercano que tengo es SEASONAL EMPLOYEES pero no me suena..

Thanks for Your comment but in Human Resources we used the term Lay off for temporary otherwise will be terminated

agree Lisa Grayson : "Seasonal layoff" is the best translation of the phrase in context. "Temporal" (Sp.) and "temporary" (Eng.) are fickle linguistic friends. The summer workers will be put on a seasonal layoff -- temporary, yes, but seasonal is more precise.
