W ostatnim odnośniku napisałem, co prawda, że "kara łączna w rozumieniu polskiego prawa powinna być tłumaczona nie jako „aggregate sentence”, lecz jako „concurrent (prison) sentence”" - ale odnosiło się to do tamtego kontekstu. A concurrent sentence is one type of sentence that a judge can hand down after a defendant is convicted of more than one criminal offense. : Taki termin praktycznie nie występuje na stronach anglosaskich: http://tinyurl.com/264n3o6 (a jeśli występuje, to w innym znaczeniu). Natomiast zgadzam się, że "concurrent sentence" będzie mylące dla odbiorcy anglosaskiego.

That says this journal is rarely cited compared to others. I read this as meaning in effect that the cumulative judgement of authors in the field is that the journal is either not reliable or not interesting, but it would be a good question to put to WP:RSN.
