There may be different tendidas in different parts of the world, but the tendidas that I know are round breads, more or less the size of a small pizza. I believe the dough is made with olive oil. The bread is cut in half and filled with things like tomato sauce, egg, meat, jam peppers, cheese, dressing, etc.
