Creo que has traducido estas palabras correctamente. A veces no hay gran diferencia entre "fowl" y "bird" en ingles, pero "bird food" se traduce por comida para pajaros/pajaritos. Y "poultry" son siempre aves de corral como pollos, patos, gansos, pavos, etc.
