Spanish term

en nombre de

This is an essential distinction that permeates the entire document I have to translate.

I would welcome any advice going.

in other words ... the agent is authorized to do everything (the ground work) and then represent his/her client (who can keep out of things completely and jusy pay up :))

agree FVS (X) : I would leave out the 'and represent' though. It is unnecessary.

for (but not on behalf of)

Lesley, después de ver tu otra pregunta, creo que la idea es "acts for but not necessarily in a prepresentative capacity".
¡Suerte!

Also "on behalf of, but not expressly authorized to bind..."

disagree FVS (X) : Self-contradictory answer.

You are right about my entry above, but I am 100% sure about the central idea.

Gracias, Rosa. Es la idea, exactamente :)

in the name of

Saludos,
Ana
