taux d'appel

français vers anglais Sciences sociales Ressources humaines retirement schemes
It is what the employee is asked to contribute for his retirement. As we are all going to work longer (new retirement plans in France since November 2010) Management and the trade unions have decided to increase the contingency fees by 10%. The "taux d'appel" at 100% as well as the distribution at 40% for the employees and 60% for the employer remains unchanged.
How is this "taux d'appel" called in English? Thank you!
