I suggest "that breaks the boundaries and the rules" to take care of both adjectives and maintain a good parallel structure.

For UK English I think bolshi (or bolshy) works perfectly:

■ adjective deliberately combative or uncooperative.

Otherwise you could use the less colloquial 'subversive', 'rebellious' or 'troublemaking'.

I don't know where your source text comes from? But I found the following text (and punctuation!) at the first reference below:

"Una serie en Internet: “Malviviendo” es una serie transgresora, gamberra, que rompe moldes"

Notice the comma between "gamberra" and "que rompe moldes"? Makes quite a difference.

Also, having just watched the entire first episode (second reference below), Bad Boy is definitely a term I would use for "gamberra" here. It has the "cool" element to it that's needed here.
