I'm afraid there is not enough context to say for sure what this could be (i.e. what equipment are we talking about), but I think you need to look at meanings of the verb replantear and go from there. I'm pretty sure it'll mean rearranging, redefining, reorganising the flow, or something to that effect

flow survey

Replanteo can be "to set-out", lay out etc. Sometimes if we are in the planning stags we use "survey". Not sure if it would apply to a building or only in the streets.
