Discussion

asia20002 (asker) Jun 28, 2012:
Zastanawiam się, czy nie chodzi o to, że przesyłka została zarejestrowana w urzędzie tranzytowym, a nie dotarła do celu.
Wcześniej pojawiało się UCPrzedstawienia, tu znalazłam w wersji angielskiej:

customs office at (the) point of arrival

"The following nationally agreed rates may be used as an alternative to actual costs. The rates are intended only for international movements of goods that terminate in the UK, and represent average costs of handling, storage, Customs declarations and transport from the point of arrival in the UK to destination."
http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/manuals/impsmanual/IMPS04400.htm

"Pre-arranged exchanges of information & joint controls, which could include:-

‘Early Warning System (EWS-e)’: for use where physical checks on consignments (as well as documentary) at the point of arrival are essential to address suspected outbound diversion of goods (e.g. where outbound diversion is being hidden by the delivery of substitute goods at OMS premises)."
http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/manuals/reqacemanual/reqace300.htm

This one also gives you 'point of transhipement':

"A common set of criteria is generally used for the assessment of the threat and the definition of risk profiles: the nature of the goods, the means of transport and the route followed (point of departure, point of transhipment, point of arrival)."

Sorry, I forgot to add that I've given 'the' in brackets because I'm not certain whether you're using the full form, with articles, or the 'in-brief', note for, without them.
