six-monthly hard-copy management reports

I think that's what they mean by 'fisico'. But wouldn't 'fisico' then be plural? Or maybe 'informes' should be singlular? Or maybe I've got it totally wrong? :)

Note from asker:
You're right Lisa, boths terms should agree, but they don't.
Peer comment(s):

agree Charles Davis : "Informes" has got to be an error for "informe". I can't make any sense of it otherwise.

semi-annual management reports

I think "semi-annual" is much more commonly used than "six-monthly".

As pointed out by Lisa, "en físico" usually refers to a hard copy, but in this case aren't all reports on the list going to submitted in printed form? You may want to check with your client about this.

If this is what they're referring to, then there would be no need to use the plural.
Peer comment(s):

neutral patinba : I agree that interpreted in this way the question a) makes no sense, and b) is ungrammatical, but as I explained, the reason for this lies elsewhere.

disagree Mike Yarnold (X) : Not necessarily "PHYSICAL" in these computer days. So one would request written reports "physical"

Physical and financial Report

I reckon that the word "financiero" has been left off the end, maybe for space reasons. Physical and financial reports are fairly standard,providing details of how far the job has progressed, compared with the budgeted amount that has been spent.
This would also explain the lack of agreement that is causing puzzlement.

Another thing: if they are documents to be handed to the donor, why would it have to specify "hard copy"?
