If you look in DRAE, aspa means:
3. f. Aparato exterior del molino de viento, que parece una cruz o aspa, en cuyos brazos se ponen unos lienzos a manera de velas, y el cual, girando a impulso del viento, mueve el molino.
4. f. Cada uno de los brazos de este aparato.
This would make perfect sense in the context.
Tarima can mean pallet so:
Dimension and weight of motor pallet
Dimension and weight of blade pallets
