Catalan term

Procedència: DOMICIL/RES.SOC

Catalan to English Medical Medical: Health Care
A patient involved in a bicycle accident was admitted to a Barcelona hospital. I read this as saying that they were admitted from home, presumably transported from home by the emergency services. The "RES.SOC" is the problem here, what service might this be?

TIA.

Are the words typed? Procedència means 'originating/coming from'. I suppose the ambulance picked up the patient from his own home (domicilio particular) but he could easily live in a orphanage-type home. It means that the boy wasn't rushed to hospital straight from the scene of the accident.

@Helena It's a teenage boy on his bike, who was hit by a car. I'm guessing it happened close to home so he was brought there first (that was the case with one of my sons years ago).
Helena Chavarria Oct 6, 2014:
It's just information about where the patient came from, either their own home or a care home (for the homeless, elderly people, etc.).
DLyons (asker) Oct 6, 2014:
Servei d'Emergències Mèdiques (SEM) are the emergency services.

Thanks Helena. I thought I was translating Castellano - but there's bits of Catalan interspersed.
