Ana Vozone's suggestion of BADGE Ana Vozone has pointed out another option which I missed out and which is an important one, because a) it's probably the only one you could use if you're actually going to "wear" it yourself, and b) it's one which can be used in figurative contexts, along with label, and, possibly, sign. But neither sticker nor logo would work figuratively.

lapel pin

A "badge" is larger than a "lapel pin". Therefore I'll go with "lapel pin".
