FACTUAL ALLEGATIONS/PARTICULARS

In the legal field, "extremos" has several and varied uses and synomyms. In your case however, I believe they are referring to the "factual allegations or particulars" of what the plaintiff/defendant intends to prove from the experts'testimony.

agree Heathcliff : With more context these might work; but what if the expert is, say, a biotechnologist or pathologist? Broader is safer!
