Hi - I'm having difficulty verifying the English translation for this. Femoral artery perhaps? It appears in the following:
Lichamelijk onderzoek: voldragen zuigeling met aan hoofd, hals, hart, longen en buikholte geen bijzonderheden. Geen dysmorfieen. Drie navelvaten. Genitaal normaal mannelijk, testes ingedaald. Liesarterien pulseren goed.
Ortolani negatief. Normale neonatale neurologie. Verder onderzoek geenafwijkingen.
Thanks for your help!

Must be the femoral arteries since this is about examining pulses.
'inguinal arteries' refers the different arteries

The site for optimally palpating the femoral pulse is in the inner thigh, at the mid-inguinal point, halfway between the pubic symphysis and anterior superior iliac spine. Presence of a femoral pulse has been estimated to indicate a systolic blood pressure of more than 50 mmHg, as given by the 50% percentile.[3]

"inguinal arteries" may refer to the superficial inguinal arteries for example:

I don't know about 'colloquial use'.
Perhaps the femoral arteries may colloquially be called 'inguinal arteries' sometimes.

Inguinal arteries
Not a medical expert but I'm pretty sure this is a correct translation.
