Polish term

na granicy wydolności

Polish to English Medical Medical: Cardiology
Z karty leczenia pacjenta:
"Pacjent na granicy wydolności oddechowej i krążeniowej"

Discussion

redoktor Sep 18, 2015:
ciężka sprawa... Ja bym chyba w tej sytuacji zaryzykował "with marginally compensated heart failure and borderline lung function"
Można też inaczej: "on the verge of respiratory and circulatory/heart failure", tylko że to by raczej oznaczało niestabilność i ryzyko załamania/kolapsu, a raczej nie o to chodzi.

at the upper limit of (the) respiratory performance

Czasami - aerobic capacity- inne konteksty.

Istnieje jeszcze zwrot BORDERLINE RESPIRATORY PERFORMANCE (graniczna).
