kpc Art. 130. Braki formalne pisma procesowego
§ 1. Jeżeli pismo procesowe nie może otrzymać prawidłowego biegu wskutek niezachowania warunków formalnych lub jeżeli od pisma nie uiszczono należnej opłaty, przewodniczący wzywa stronę, pod rygorem zwrócenia pisma, do poprawienia, uzupełnienia lub opłacenia go w terminie tygodniowym. Mylne oznaczenie pisma procesowego lub inne oczywiste niedokładności nie stanowią przeszkody do nadania pismu biegu i rozpoznania go w trybie właściwym.

I work in UK courts and can confirm that these two terms, order and direction, are very often used interchangeably. If I was translating this or interpreting in court, I'd write/say "(court) direction to..." The rest depends on what needs to be done/provided etc.

Jest to Pismo wysłane przez sąd rodzinny do osoby, która złożyła wniosek do sądu. W tytule pisma widnieje jak wyżej "Wezwanie do..." Chodzi mi bardziej o terminologię używaną w Wielkiej Brytanii - jak sąd w Wielkiej Brytanii zatytułowałby podobne pismo?
