This appears on a chart in an ILO report on youth employment. The column's full heading reads:
"Salario mensual promedio ($ corrientes)" and it speaks of the changes in monthly salaries over time. Is this a reference to "value at the time"? It does not appear to be adjusted for inflation, since the rates increase from 680 pesos in 2004 to 5100 pesos in 2013, so it appears to be in absolute terms, but I am not sure what the precise term is.
