Statistical evaluation
The following pharmacokinetic measures will be calculated using standard noncompartmental methods:
Cmax, Tmax, AUC0-t, AUCinf, AUCR, Kel and T1/2
Bioequivalence will be assessed using point estimates and 90% confidence intervals (CI) for the ratio (test / reference) between geometric Least Square (LS) means for Cmax, AUC0-t, and AUC0-inf.
These will be generated by separate Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) models applied to log-transformed data with treatment, period and sequence as fixed effects and each subject nested within sequence treated as random effect.
