Spanish to English Other Poetry & Literature history text on the Costa Brava
This is from a history book on the Costa Brava, with this section referring to new regulations on bathing. I just can't find the term in English. Thanks for your help!

1 ° - No se podrán quitar aparatos fotográficos, volver apuntas, ni croquis.
2º - No podrán aprovecharse antes de la salida del sol, retirándose media hora antes de la puesta del mismo.
3º - No podrán establecerse casetas particulares y cuando los municipios pretendan establecerlas, necesitarán la Autorización expresa y por escrito de esta Comandancia. Los contraventores a estas disposiciones, serán sancionados severamente. Gerona, 25 de Junio de 1937, El comandante militar, ***el comisario de guerra***» (El Autonomista, 19-07-1937).
