I'm not sure this term is used properly in this Spanish text. In a company's privacy policy, when it talks about letting other companies include a link to it in their web pages, it refers to these companies as "remitentes". I thought of putting "company establishing the link", but it is used 3 times in one paragraph, making it very awkward. "Sender" does not seem right in this case. Any ideas?
En ningún caso, se expresará en la página donde se ubique el enlace que XXX ha prestado su consentimiento para la inserción del enlace o que de otra forma patrocina, colabora, verifica o supervisa los servicios del remitente.
Está prohibida la utilización de cualquier marca denominativa, gráfica o mixta o cualquier otro signo distintivo de XXX dentro de la página del remitente.

As these third party websites are forwarding or sending users to the main site, I don't see why the original meaning can't work in situation described.
