Spanish term
promover, constituir, organizar y tomar participación
Spanish to English
Bus/Financial
Business/Commerce (general)
From a Mexican notarial deed, translation for the U.S.
El objeto de la sociedad es:
promover, constituir, organizar y tomar participación en el capital y patrimonio de todo género de sociedades mercantiles y civiles
I understand this is basically talking about acquiring equity interest in other corporations, but I'm a bit lost with these verbs, particularly promover and constituir. What do they refer to exactly?
Any help with any or all of these would be greatly appreciated.
