French term

DB

French to English Medical Medical (general) medical history
This is from a report of an EMG/nerve conduction study of a patient with suspected corticobasal syndrome. In the short medical history section there is:
un peu de htn / pas de *db*
donne du sang

I think htn is probably hypertension, does anyone know what db stands for?
Proposed translations (English)
1 +1 diabetes
